Promotion of your home to other realtors
The main selling features of your home will be distributed to colleagues within the company. Exposure of the availability of your home to top producers at Re/Max Twin City Realty as well as other real estate firms throughout the community is our most effective form of advertising.
Signage
The highly respected RE/MAX TWIN CITY REALTY INC. advertises your property 24 hours a day. Our sign will be placed on your property within 24 - 48 hours after you have signed the Listing. As well, a rider will be added to the sign directing potential buyers to our website where they can view interior photos of your home.
Notify purchasers
We will use our advanced computer system to identify buyers who have been looking for a home in your neighbourhood. They will be immediately contacted and given the details of your property.
Canvassing for prospective buyers
Once we have listed your home for sale, we will immediately contact the people in your neighbourhood by telephone or mail to inform them that your home is for sale and inquire if they know of anyone who wants to move into the neighbourhood. This eliminates the nosy neighbour syndrome; usually, once the sign goes up, the first few phone call inquiries are from the "nosy neighbour", we will then, on a daily basis, commit 1-2 hours a day to canvassing potential purchasers for your home.
Open houses and feature sheets
If appropriate, agent open houses will be arranged and held during reasonable hours. As well as the open houses, we will prepare a Professional Property Information Sheet (Feature Sheet). This sheet will be distributed to representatives and potential buyers. The Professional Property Information Sheet will feature an exterior photo, description of room sizes, taxes, lot size, any improvements and upgrades, as well as the highlights of your home.
Advertising
Immediately after sending your listing to the Multiple Listing Service, your home will be advertised on the MLS website with a picture and description of the features of your property. We will also promote your home on our website. Our website is updated regularly with inside pictures of your home (at your discretion) and is linked to other websites such as the KW Real Estate Board, the RE/MAX website etc. This will maximize the exposure of your home.
Progress report and communication

Pre-approved mortgages and in-house financing guidance
To insure that only qualified buyers come through your home, we offer pre-approved mortgages. This encourages buyers by letting them know their mortgage potential in advance. This service is offered through our in house Mortgage Consultant. Our Mortgage Consultants have contracts with over thirty banks and institutions; this enables our consultants to "shop" the institutions for the best rate.
